Specialists
in Human Resource Management

Recertification: One
recertification point has been applied for.
Brief
Description:
Today our work environment is comprised of an eclectic group of
co-workers and executives. The
difference between us sometimes seems great.
One of the greatest challenges is how to relate to and work with those
who are either a great deal older or far younger than what we have been used to.
Different age groups have different work standards, different ways of
speech, different ways to work, etc., etc…
How do we bridge the gap and work collaboratively?
Trisha will give us some valuable tips on how to communicate and
collaborate with all those we work with, no matter what the age or experience
level.
